Artwork Submission Requirements
To ensure that we can give you the highest quality product with the fastest turn around, please review the follow artwork submission requirements.
We accept artwork from the following programs:
(.Ai) Adobe Illustrator with fonts converted to outlines*
(.Indd) Adobe InDesign with fonts converted to outlines*
(.Psd) Adobe Photoshop in CMYK*
(.Pdf) Adobe Acrobat in CMYK or Spot Color*
(.Eps) Encapsulated Post Script
(.Docx) MS Word in CMYK**
(.Pub) MS Publisher in CMYK**
*Preferred formats: If all fonts are not expanded to outlines, please provide us with all fonts linked accordingly.
**Secondary formats: Some font substitutions and margins may change, leading to imperfect layouts; so please use only if no other format is available to you. Color change and substitution may occur in printing if submitted in RGB. All files must be provided to us with all fonts and pantone(if needed) numbers supplied.
300 Dpi(dots per square inch) is the lowest acceptable resolution for print. Please include an additional .125" bleed of artwork on all sides of your document to guarantee complete accuracy. If you would like to use another designer's work, please make them aware of our requirements.
